1. What happens if the customer damages my motorcycle?
The basic version of securing your rights to cover costs by the client are the provisions in your rental agreement. Also remember that every customer who rents a motorcycle from you is previously verified and approved in our application, which additionally protects you in the event of unexpected events.
2. Is my data safe?
Your data is secured in our database. We will not use your data for any purposes other than verifying your profile.
3. What will happen if they don’t give me my motorcycle back?
The security measures we have introduced in our application make renting much safer. Every customer who rents a motorcycle from you is previously verified and approved in our application. At the same time, when you hand over the motorcycle to the customer, you sign your own contract with him, where you can check the customer’s data in his passport or KTP. You can download the contract template on our website https://baik.asia/how-to-use-baik-partner/ or via the “How To Use ” option Our App ” in the main menu of the Baik Partner application. Additionally, all credit card transactions are recorded, which allows you to easily identify the perpetrator in the event of damage or theft of your motorcycle.
4. Is my in-app Wallet money safe?
We don’t store your money in the app. Your funds are deposited in your personal account with the payment processor Xendit . They are always your property and we have no ability to dispose of your money. You can withdraw them at any time via the option offered in the Baik Partner application. All withdrawal options are also supervised by Xendit .

II Application operation – account registration
1. Why do I need to register an account in the app?
Each application user must register an account and complete the data verification process. We always verify the accuracy of the data entered into the account and only after positive verification do we approve it. This is necessary because we want to provide our users with maximum security of rental transactions.
2. When will my Partner account be active?
Your account will be activated after positive verification of your data. This usually takes several hours. However, if your registration is not correct, check whether you have not received a notification from us in Chat that you need to complete your profile data.
3. I created an account and haven’t received approval – why?
Check if you have added all the necessary data correctly. If the data is incorrect, change it. You can do this by editing your profile details. Also check if you have chat information from our Support, we will inform you if your profile file requires additions or changes.

III Application operation – adding a motorcycle
1. Why do I need to add a motorcycle?
By adding your motorcycle to the application, you enable us to include it in the database of offers received by the customer. The application will not work properly and you will not receive any rental offers if you do not add any motorcycle. Just creating an account is not enough.
2. What photos of the motorcycle should I add?
In the app, when adding a motorcycle, you need to add 4 photos of your motorcycle. It is important that these photos match the description and are taken correctly. These photos will be displayed to your client and it is important that they are taken in an appropriate way (just like photos you would place in an ad, for example on Tokopedi )
3. How to enter the registration date of a motorcycle – in STNK I only have the year of production, but I have to provide the full date (year, month and day)?
The STNK documents actually only show the year of production of the motorcycle. Choose the year consistent with the document and select the month and day as you wish – according to your memory and knowledge about the motorcycle. Remember, however, that the year of production will be verified and if it is not correct, the motorcycle will not be approved.
4. Why can’t I add a motorcycle in the application?
You probably haven’t completed your account registration or have your account approved yet. Check if you have registered correctly – if you do not know how to do it, check our tutorial https://baik.asia/how-to-use-baik-partner/ or contact us via chat in the application.
5. When will my motorcycle be approved?
Your motorcycle will be approved after positive data verification. This usually takes several hours. However, if the data you have provided is not correct or incomplete, please check whether you have received a notification from us via Chat that you need to complete the motorcycle data. 6. If I have more than one motorcycle, can I add them to the application?
Of course – you can add multiple motorcycles to the application. You add each motorcycle in the same way – via the “Add Motorcycle” option.
7. Why do you need motorcycle documents?
Each motorcycle offered to the customer is subject to verification. We check whether the data provided in the file is consistent with the actual situation. Building credibility is very important to us and when renting your motorcycle, the customer should receive a motorcycle consistent with the offer. Remember that the assessment of your service center and motorcycle affects the number of offers you will receive, so it is worth making sure that the motorcycle data is always consistent with its actual condition.
8. What is the garage address?
This is the address you provide when adding your motorcycle. This should be the place from which you want to deliver your motorcycle to the customer. From this address, our application determines the delivery radius you also chose when adding the bike. For example, if you have selected your home address and marked the delivery radius as 10 km, this means that the orders you will receive will be from customers who have chosen a delivery location no more than 10 km away from your home.
9. What is a “delivery radius”?
Delivery radius means the distance you accept to deliver your motorcycle to the customer. In our application, the delivery of the motorcycle to the customer is your contractual obligation. At the same time, the application ensures that you only receive orders from customers who have provided a motorcycle delivery address that is no more than the distance selected within the delivery radius from your garage. For example, if you have selected your home address and marked the delivery radius as 10 km, this means that the orders you will receive will be from customers who have chosen a delivery location no more than 10 km away from your home.
10. How to add photos of motorcycle documents?
The photos you add are very important because your client can see them. Try to make them well made. You add motorcycle photos during the process of adding a motorcycle to the application. 11. What does “Small TYPE” mean, what kind of motorcycle is it?
The “Small” type are motorcycles with an engine capacity of up to 125cc (for example Honda Scoopy or Yamaha Fazio )
12. What does “Medium Type” mean, what kind of motorcycle is it?
The “Medium” type includes motorcycles with an engine capacity of up to 160cc (for example Honda PCX or Yamaha N-max)
13. What does “Large Type” mean, what kind of motorcycle is it?
The “Large” type are motorcycles whose engine capacity is greater than 160cc (e.g. Yamaha X-max)
14. Why can’t I find my motorcycle model in the list when adding a motorcycle?
There may be two reasons. First – you chose the wrong motorcycle type. If you are looking for your model on the list and it is not there, check if you have selected the right type for your motorcycle. For example, you have selected Type “Large” and want to add a Yamaha N-max model. However, you don’t see this model on the list. This is because the Yamaha N-max motorcycle has an engine capacity of 155cc and belongs to the group of motorcycles suitable for the “Medium” TYPE. Change the Motorcycle Type and check again. Second reason – we have not added your model to the database yet. In this case, write to us on Chat and we will add your motorcycle. You will receive a notification in the application when this happens.
15. My STNK document does not have a back page – what photo should I add?
There are 2 required fields in the application for adding each type of document (front and back photos). If your document has only one side, don’t worry – add the same photo in both required fields.
16. Why do photos of STNK document have to be legible and clear?
Because we verify your motorcycle’s details based on this documents. If you post illegible photos or photos that do not match your profile or motorcycle, you will not be approved.
17. I added a motorcycle and it is not approved – why?
Check if you have added all the necessary data correctly. If the data is incorrect or the photos are unreadable, change it. You can do this by editing your motorcycle’s data. Also check if you have information on the chat from our Support, we will inform you if your motorcycle’s file requires additions or changes.
18. Can I add a motorcycle that I do not own to my account? For example, is this my brother’s motorcycle?
Yes, it is possible if you have the consent of another motorcycle owner. However, remember to add correct photos of the motorcycle and compatible documents. Also remember that in our application you will always be a party to the contract and we will make the settlement on your account.

IV Operation of the application – the process of handling customer orders
1. How will I receive an order from a customer?
You will learn about your order from the application. When the customer submits his offer, you will receive a notification in the application. Therefore, we recommend that you do not silence notifications from the Baik Partner application on your phone . Each customer order is active for a few minutes. The partner who first confirms the conclusion of the transaction will conclude a contract with the client and rent a motorcycle.
2. How will I find out that the customer wants to rent my motorcycle?
The application will notify you about the customer’s order. Offers will be displayed in the main window of the “My Reservations” application. Remember to always have notifications turned on in the application, because offers from the customer are only active for a few minutes.
3. How much will I rent my motorcycle for?
Offers from customers may be different and depend on several factors (for example, the type of motorcycle you have or the number of orders from customers). Each offer you receive will include the price per day and for the entire rental period. You will be able to check every time whether the price is appropriate and accept or reject the offer. So you don’t have to worry that you will be forced to rent your motorcycle if the price is not right for you.
4. Do I always have to rent my motorcycle?
No, the decision whether to rent your motorcycle is always yours. You undertake it every time you decide whether to accept the client’s offer or not. You will learn about the terms of the offer each time in the application.
5. What if the rental price is too low for me? Will I need to rent my motorbike?
No, the decision whether to rent your motorcycle is always yours. You undertake it every time you decide whether to accept the client’s offer or not. Each offer will include a price, so you can decide whether it suits you and accept or reject the offer.
6. What is an OTP code? What is the OTP code for?
The OTP code is a one-time, unique code that is used to confirm and authenticate your transaction in the Baik Partner application. In our application, you use it to authenticate your registration or log in to your account, and each time you confirm the transfer of the motorcycle to the customer with whom you are concluding a contract. By entering the OTP code confirming the transfer of the motorcycle to the customer, you trigger the rental payment to your Wallet in the application. If you transfer the motorcycle without the OTP code, you will not receive a transfer of funds from the customer’s card, so this is very important. The customer has the OTP code in his application and you can obtain this code from the customer before giving him the motorcycle.
7. Why should I enter the OTP code before handing over the motorcycle to the customer?

8. Where can I get the OTP code?
The customer has an OTP code in his application which he must provide to you before giving him the motorcycle. This is a solution that allows you to confirm that the transaction between you and the customer was concluded correctly and the motorcycle was handed over to the customer.
9. Will the customer give me an OTP code?
The customer knows to provide you with the OTP code. The customer has the OTP code in his application. You must remember to obtain this code from the customer and enter it in your application.
10. What should I do if the client does not want to give me the OTP code?
In such a situation, absolutely do not hand over the motorcycle to the customer. Let us know about the situation via chat. We will clarify this with the client
11. What is a ‘rental extension’? how it’s working?
If you have rented your motorcycle to a customer, he may want to extend the rental period you agreed on. The application offers this option without the need for you to meet in person. The customer will place an additional order that will be sent to you via the application. You will receive a notification in the app. You will be able to accept or reject the Client’s offer.

V Application operation – transactions, wallet operation, settlements
1. When will I receive money for renting my motorcycle?
Our solution is very simple. If the customer pays by card, you will receive the transfer to your wallet when you enter the OTP code in your application. This is because we secure the funds for your transaction on the customer’s card and by confirming the transfer of the motorcycle to us with the OTP code, you release the transfer of funds to your account in the application. You will receive the OTP code from the customer. Remember to obtain it from the customer before giving him the motorcycle. The customer has this code in his Baik application . This is a very safe solution. If the customer pays in cash, you must ensure that he gives you the agreed amount when handing over the motorcycle.
2. I don’t want to use card payments. Will I get cash?
The payment option is selected by the Customer. By confirming the Customer’s offer, you agree to the terms of the transaction. If you do not want to settle in any other way than cash, only accept offers with cash payment. Remember – to receive offers with cash payment, you must provide the required balance on your wallet in the application. This is necessary because this is how we secure funds for our commission. The amount that must be permanently available in your wallet balance is provided in the Baik Partner application in the “Your Wallet” tab. You need to activate it after depositing funds into your wallet balance. Remember that this option will be blocked every time the balance drops below the required amount and re-activation must be done by you (after replenishing the balance it will not turn on by itself)
3. I received a cash payment from a client – do I have to pay a commission to the application?
You don’t have to pay a commission. We take our commission from your in-app wallet. You leave the entire amount received from the client to yourself. Just remember to always have the required amount of balance in your wallet.
4. How do I deposit money to my in-app wallet?
You can do this via the deposit option found in the “My Wallet” tab. The application offers many transaction options supported by the Xendit payment operator .
5. How do I withdraw money from my wallet in the app?

6. Why deposit money to my in-app wallet?
If you want to receive offers paid in cash, you must ensure the required balance of funds in your wallet. Otherwise, you will only receive offers paid by card. The app takes our commission from the balance amount. You can top up your wallet in two ways: by fulfilling the customer’s offer with a card payment, or by topping up the wallet via the deposit option in the application.
7. Where can I check my earnings and account balance?
You can check all your transactions in the application in the “My Wallet” tab
8. Is my money in the app wallet safe?
Yes. Your money is not stored in our app. We cannot have them. They are located in your account and handled by the payment operator Xendit . You can withdraw them at any time. This is a very safe solution.
9. I don’t have a bank account – how can I withdraw money from my wallet in the app?
All financial transactions are handled by the Xendit platform . In addition to withdrawals to your bank account, the operator offers other options – for example, withdrawals to your OVO account. You can check all withdrawal options available in Indonesia in our application or on the website of the Xendit operator .
10. Why can’t I get paid in cash for a rental extension?
The app only offers card transaction for extension option. This is because there is no need for a personal meeting between the Partner and the Client when concluding this transaction. Therefore, payment is cashless.
